More Homebrewing

At what point does a hobby become something more?  When you drive an hour out of town to buy an old refrigerator from a stranger?  When you jury rig a thermostat to that fridge so that it remains at exactly the right temperature for beer to ferment?  When you have fresh wet hops shipped to Austin from the Pacific Northwest?  When you brew one of your favorite beers yourself because they don't sell it in Texas?  (Bell's Two-Hearted Ale)
